Here's a little story about JCPenny.com. I used to go to JCPenny all the time as a kid. JCPenny was one of the very first department stores in this country. It had an aura. You knew that if you were walking down the street and you saw a JCPenny store you were in a cool town and that it was a good part of town too. JCPenny, what a mystique! You could walk into a JCPenny store and get what ever you wanted, like a nice dust ruffle for example, or whatever, and get it at a good price. I once saw these really nice sheets at JCPenny. They had broad blue and white stripes, quite masculine I think. They would go really well with the white lace dust ruffle my girlfriend bought at JCPenny in San Luis Obispo that one time. She'd get into a JCPenny store and stay there for hours. It was heaven. SHe'd have these sheets all picked out, it had taken her hours to make up her mind, and then I came along from the shoe department at JCPenny.com and she asked me what I thought.
"How many thread per inch?" I'd say.
"Two hundred, I think."
"No, that's not enough. ANd besides, these sheets you're holding up that you found in the bin at JCPenny, are not 100% cotton. They have 20% polyester fibers. I can't sleep on plastic sheets. Are you crazy!?"
So on like that it went. We had a blast in JCPenny's. She had even more fun than I.
Now, JCPenny is really developing their online presence with www.jcpenny.com. Supposubly it's doing really good. I hope the best for JCPenny.com. They seem really nice. You should spen all you money at JCPenny.com. Thanks.
At least now I can get a little breather and do some creative writing. Let me update the situation. www.Jcpenny.com is the best! What I'm in need of now is some seriously white cotton bedding. I'm tired of all these multiple colors and polyester blends. Just give me white. Just give me cotton. Is that too much to ask? No, I don't think so. White, cotton. Just a couple of fitted bottom sheets (white, thank you very much) and a white cotton duvet cover for my white down duvet. I'm sure wwww.jcpenny.com will have what I need. I'm sure they'll have more than what I need. I'm sure ther'll be all sorts of colors and fabrics, but the other people can buy those. Just leave the white ones for me. www.Jcpenny.com. Wow! I'm gonna go buy myself a Christmas present from www.jcpenny.com. Gifts! Presents for me. I'm really pretty simple. Just white cotton sheets will get the job done. Oh yeah!
